ElderMate is NOT a medical device. If you see an alert, always consult a professional. For awareness, not diagnosis.
Do not use ElderMate for clinical diagnosis or in place of professional medical equipment. In case of emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number.
2. Technical & Safety Foundation
Powered by a Smart Rule Engine, not unpredictable Generative AI. ElderMate provides reliable, rule-based logic for your family’s safety. Users acknowledge that the system operates within pre-defined safety boundaries to ensure consistency and reliability.
3. Hardware & Compatibility
ElderMate works with existing Apple Health and Google Fit enabled devices. The Physical SOS button is a future enhancement and is not included in the current subscription. Subscription fees cover software access and coordination hub features only.
4. Licensing & Distribution
Refunds and returns follow the standard rules of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. During our crowdfunding campaign, all contributions and reward redemptions are governed by the rules of the respective crowdfunding platform (e.g., Indiegogo or Kickstarter).
