Common Questions

Why are values showing "--"?

This usually means no hardware is connected or no measurement has been taken yet. Try taking a measurement from the senior's device.

What if SOS is accidentally triggered?

Inform your Care Circle via voice or phone immediately. The slider design is specifically optimized to prevent accidental triggers.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use bank-grade encryption for all health data transmission and storage in certified encrypted clusters.
