All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be initiated through your respective store account in accordance with their standard refund policies.

Contributions made during our crowdfunding campaigns (Indiegogo/Kickstarter) are subject to the rules and terms of the respective platform. Refunds are generally only available before the campaign ends, as funds are committed to manufacturing and development post-campaign.

Please note that for future physical hardware releases, we will offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused devices in their original packaging. The current subscription service is software-only and works with your existing hardware.
